Refund policy

We want you to love your Hitman Golf gear. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. To initiate a return, contact us at returns@hitmangolf.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges If you'd like to exchange an item, please return the original and place a new order. We'll process your refund once the return is received.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. In those cases, we'll cover the return shipping and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at returns@hitmangolf.com and we'll take care of it.
